I assume u meant epididymitis..which is inflammation of the epididymis? Antibiotics prescribed by a Dr. should help.

what you actually mean i presume is "epididymitis", which means inflammation of epididymis. condition is self limiting mostly and requires only medical treatment. you can take azithromycin 1 gram stat and voveran 50 mg twice a day for three days. wearing a tight underwear helps reducing pain.

It is "epidydimitis" !
Best option is get a "surgical opinion", as "correct diagnosis" is more important than the "choice of the drug".
