If this actually happened, you would have passed out from pain, and you wouldn't be able to do anything. Assuming you are still alive, someone would have to cart you to the hospital.
you can use butterfly stitches if you can't afford a doc. or they use a surgical super glue. you could place a clean gauze a press wound together and glue. it will burn a few minutes but save you money.
