your blood vessels are probably very thin so anything could trigger them off.. I had the same problem if i blew by nose it would bleed, a sneeze a tap on the nose practically very thing

I have had nose bleeds all my life (I'm 32) Lots of things cause them and you should go to your doctor. In my case it was caused by some of the blood vessels in my nose being close to the surface. My nose would get very dry at times and they would rupture more easy. During dry seasons I have to put Vaseline in my nose to keep it moist. If you find this is your problem they can go in and cauterize the vessel to help if it happens frequently. Do you mean "Nosebleed"?
