How do you stop the sensitive feeling when the glans penis rubs against something e.g. underwear?

Question: When my penis is not erect, sometimes the glans penis (sensitive red bit underneath the foreskin) comes out and comes into contact with my underwear. How do I stop this sensitive and sometimes painful feeling? I cannot even walk properly or jump or run because of this.

The glans contains lots of super sensitive nerves because that is important to how the penis works. When aroused the glans is even more sensitive. This is a hard one because when this occurs you need to get rid of the erection. No real answer. Try placing your penis close to your stomach so it does flip flop around as much.
