Too much energy??

Question:
Im 15, 220 pounds. When i gotta cut grass (once a week) i take 1 thermo burst (GNC) then two mega men (GNC) and a Monster Energy Drink then a Centrum. Is that too much?

Answers:
if you are into A-fib, then no.
sarcasm aside, yes! just try some gatorade and a cup of coffee. make sure you are well-hydrated. add some exercise to your life too. over time, this will make lawn mowing easier as your body is used to more physical activity.
don't blow out your heart valves this early in life by taking too many stimulants, love (cut out the thermo burst).
just take your time mowing the lawn and you'll be a'ight.

Other Answers:
If you need that much artificial energy at 15 theres something wrong . Try talking to a doctor.

Monster energy drink is a joke (I've slept like a baby before tests after downing them all night).

The other supplement stuff is probably not all that good for you, and it's expensive. Just drink a sports drink like poweraid or gatoraide before you go out and while you're mowing. Unless you have 60 acres to mow with a push-mower, you're probably going overkill with the energy boosters. You might even burn-out while you're mowing if you try to cram that much energy into your system.

first of all try gatorades and such energy drinks like monstor and mega man are almost pure acid and that stuff tears up your stomack. Get mroe sleep if u dont get enough i know that being a teen you probally stay up alot. It is abnormal to have to have that many energy drinks. Try telling urself to go on andf like i said it could just be that your dehidrated not out of energy so try gatorades and drinks like that.
