why there is more hair grow on ear Penna ,nostrial,and back in old age while it is fall trend on head.?

they are different types of hair follicles thus different kinds of hair grow out of them in older age hair gets thick and bristly, so it isn't really that you're getting more hair on your pinna, nostrils, and back, the hair is just changing into thick dark wirey hair that you can see instead of the peach fuzz you once had. you probably lose the hair on your head because of genetics and clogged hair follicles.
Because it is the oldest on the head and tends to fall of there first. If you lived long enough you probably would be hairless.
