I have a pain in my left testicle, and a very small bump?

Question: What could this be? There is something that I feel while examining the testicle and it feels like there is a small pimple-like thing on it. It is painful when I walk and very sensitive to the touch. I'm going to see my physician about this, but does anyone have any ideas of what it might be?

go to your free clinic/doctors. ask your dad. your age? your diet? your weight? is it a hair bump? do you get boils? do you sweat alot? it might just be a infected hair follicle or zit or small boil.

sit in a warm bath 1-2 x a day for a few days. it should get better.
