Why do i feel sore all the time?

i play basketball but i don't play it much sometimes but not evrey day so why am i sore plz tell me why explain it if u can

Answers:
Most likely because your body is still growing, and that growth causes pain in muscles and all over at times. There are times I remember when I would have all kinds of pain even though I had not done any exercise, and when I visited the doctor she said it was growth.
If you can do some warmup stretching before and after your workout, it will help with stiffness and soreness.
Your muscles get an intense workout with basketball and need to adjust to that level of activity. Also remember to keep hydrated with lots of water or sports drinks before and during your workout.
get a thing of creatine and you wont be sore and you will gain muscel, it is like this, when we do anything it makes micro injuries in our muscels that as they heal they make us stronger and bigger like if you were born 12323 years ago and a lion chased you and you got away you would hurt the next day cuz your body is growing so you get away from the lion the next time, and creatine makes all of this happen a lot faster so instend of being sore for a week your will be sore for a day.
