5'o clock shadow on neck??

Question:

if you are a 16 yr old and shave your face and also shave your neck even though you "can't" see hair on your neck, can you have a 5'o clock shadow on your neck? please reply. thanks

I don't know how your body is setup but most humans can see their necks. It's pretty normal for hair to grow on your chin and neck just like on your face. You just shave it too, I usually shave up instead of down like on my face, because it's best to go with the grain to avoid irritation and ingrown hairs.
