Hey guys, I am 14 2/12, 5'6, 168

I need to lose about 18 lbs for basketball, would you think 150 would be a good weight for me? Is 168 too much, I think it is...I need REAL weight loss tips, I can't change my diet drastically but I can cut out soda and unhealthy snacking. I really don't want to run and I like to jump roap, I hope this helps
