If you have a cyst on each testicle what could be wrong?

Question:
i found out i have a cyst on each testicle and im goin to the doctor tomorrow.lets say the cyst where cancerous..if is possible to remove both testicles and would i be able to have sex again?. im really curious

Answers:
A testicular cyst, also referred to as a spermatocele, is not cancerous. This particular type of cyst is usually filled with a milky or clear colored fluid. This does not impair fertility, nor does it require treatment unless it grows large enough to cause discomfort. If it causes discomfort your doctor may recommend taking an over the counter pain reliever. You can read more about this condition here
