i have a pimple lookin thing in my groin area and oozes a bad odor... i dont sleep around HELP!?

Talk to your doctor if it bothers you, you don;t nessarily have a sex disease because you have a nasty pmple. Put a neosporing on it after a warm wash cloth for awhile. Clean it in the shower too.
