i am 182 cm .. 90 kgs ! am i fat?


Question:
i have lost 40 kgs !! some people say i should lose 10 more but i dont know my friend is 180 cm and 86 but he looks way different than me .. i dont know why !:( ..
some people say that i got no fat anymore i just got the skin and i need to work out . i really dunno what to do now .. should i lose 10 kgs more or start working out on my mescules or whatver

First off, fair play to you for loosing 40kgs. I'm 181cm myself and at a recent health check i was weighing in at about 70kg. Don't get worried though, i'm thin, i was even told that if i was to gain another few kgs that it wouldn't do any harm. If people are saying you've got no fat anymore, and you agree, well then you're sorted. Did you know that muscle is several times heavier than fat!? I'd say you're just well built. Working out on your muscles may or may not increase your weight, but it certainly wouldn't harm you, you'd just achieve a higher level of fitness. Good luck
No, you're definitely not overweight.
However, being fat is something else. I'm 190 cm and weigh 80 kgs, but I'm still fat. I should develop muscles.
