What exercises can i do at home to cut the fat around my stomach?

1. Lie down on the flat floor. raise your head and your legs simult aneously and keep the minimum part of your body on the floor. Do it as quickly as possible, but be sure that your stomach must be empty .

2. Again lie on the flat floor. Raise your legs as straight as possible and keep them suspended till your belly becomes pressurised.

3. Jump as quicky as possible and also do rope jumping.

Sit-ups (crunches) and squat thrusts are the best for trimming you waistline and toning it up.
Also saying no to beer and chips is a good one. Yeah, well dieting would make it easier.
Run more. You will begin to burn fat. You can't just remove the fat off of your stomach unless you get liposuction.
