i was told it had something to do with blood pressure, it used to happen to me when i was a teen. also low blood sugar.

All that blood rushing to your head makes you feeling dizzy and whatnot when you bend over. It happens in the opposite way when you get up too fast, at least it happens to me at times. You might have vertigo; better see a doctor.

not sure it could be a variety of things, call your Dr. and make an appt.

he could be poor nutrition if your body goes low on certain vitamins its causes this start eating heathier and take a vitamin daily.or just a head rush for bending over

It is not when you bend over.it is when you gep back up.
When you bend youincrease pressure in your belly which decreases blood flow to your heart -that was coming back from your leg and pelvis. When you get back up.for a few seconds the heart does not have enough blood to pump to your brain (agaisnt gravity) till the blood flow from lower part of your body has come back for circuilation.

It's called orthostatic hypotension. Look it up, lazy. Rod,,,, nice answer and right on!!
