yes.. the best way is to cut your meals in half.. just eat half the portion u eat normally.. and excercise.. not necessarly a gym(which woul dbe great though) but at least a good brisk walk every day.. also in ur curry n stuff use as little oil as u can.. and drink a lot of water.. if u feel hungy in the middle have a glass ofwater..
excrecise more, say run a mile everyday. And, try to eat more health and drink more water. usually when you feel hungry it's just that you need some water.
