Sure it's easy, start with 3 sets of 25 pull ups every day. Then do 3 sets of 25 push up every day. Then do 3 sets of 25 jumping jacks everyday. After 2 weeks double the 25 to 50. At the end of the month, or in thirty days you should notice a change, at the end of 2 months you should have the problem solved, at that point you may go back to the 1st round of 3 sets of 25. To keep yourself looking good , do them forever, if you can. It becomes habit forming after awhile, so go for it!

Stop eating bread, pasta and foods high in fat content, or at the very least cut back on them. Begin a strenuous exercise program, including pushups and rowing exercises.
