All depends on how big the load was, but keep drinking it, is good for your body, it recycles.

Close to 50 mg/ml or 1.4 g per fluid ounce.

not sure how much protein, but i have read that there are between 15 and 30 calories per squirt.

I've read the same amount as a small steak.
