You need to increase your protein and fiber into your daily meals. Both of these help you to feel fuller longer. Increase your water intake.
You need to stop eating junk foods, refined sugars and flour products. Stop sugary drinks. Stop fast food eating.
You need to have more fruits, veggies and whole grains.
There can be other issues that you need to work on with the weight loss - food sensitivities, emotional eating, maybe learning to cook healthier or cook more.
