yeah,stop eating fast food and crap, I have the same problem bro and abs are built in the kitchen not the gym
uh...yes. because sit-ups won't do crap for getting rid of fat around your midsection. you CANNOT spot-target. it is a scientific impossibilty. anyone who says otherwise is either ignorant or trying to sell you something.

if you are trying to get rid of fat around your midsection, dropping bodyfat is THE only way to do it. end of story. no ifs ands or buts about it.

there are, however, multiple ways to drop bodyfat, any or all of which will help you with your goal. but doing sit-ups and nothing else is one big waste of your time and energy. sorry pal.
