My husband has a boil on his butt so how do we get rid of it , it been there for like 2 or 3 days or more but i tryed epsom salt with salt porl while hes sleepinh but it still won't work so plz help us

you will probally have to see a doctor. Is it painful to him? If not use cornstarch and continue with warm epsom salt water. If it is painful at an ER they can give lidocaine injections to num the pain and then lance it to get inside and break up the infection.

The boil has to be lanced and drained of its pus. Then it should be cleaned with hydrogen peroxide, and dried completely. Apply a topical antibiotic (e.g. neomycin) and dress the wound. You can use a sharp blade as a lancing tool but sterilize it first with alcohol. Otherwise if you cannot do this yourself, go see a doctor.
