Maybe you should call a nurse or doctor to see if this is something that needs to be checked out or even if there is a home remedy.

If you take part in sports activities the skin rubbing against loose clothing may be the cause (runner's nipple). It is possible that the detergent used to wash the clothes may be causing some irritation.
Self help ideas are (a) cover the area with an adhesive strip (b) use vaseline or its equivalent (c) an antibiotic ointment.

I would consult a physician. As discussed in an earlier answer. It could be gyno developing. Gyno is when the glands behind your nipple start to develop. These glands are also in women and develop milk when they are pregnant.
There are various reasons as to why this could be happening. If you use steroids/prohormones, you're body will naturally create more estrogen to counteract the higher levels of testosterone. You could have other hormone issues.
To put it best, just go see your doctor and get it properly diagnosed.
