I am male 18 years old. my height is 5.5.i want to grow at least 3 inches. i am doing exercise?

my parents are short but many of my friends parents are short and they are tall. its a big problem to me. and i am smart,fair. everyone tells me to grow tall as funny. i want to grow at least 3 inches. i am doing exercise but i dint seen any effect. i am still below 20 please suggest me some good answers.

Lol, hun . you can exercise until you're blue in the face . but it's NOT going to make you grow taller. You're only 18 . and from what I've read, some boys/men don't stop growing until they're 21 y/o. When you reach 21, and still haven't grown . then you can be concerned, although there's nothing you can do about it.

Just be happy with who and what you are . I'm assuming you have all your body parts and you're healthy. be thankful for that.
Exercise won't affect your height. Eating lots of really healthy food as a teenager may help some, but you don't have much time left to do that. Try to learn to be happy with your height -- there's very little you can do about it. Remember that God created some men tall and some men small, but Smith and Wesson created all men equal.
Hello Aditya ! The very thought of wanting to grow tall will also help along with some exercise / games such as volleyball / basket ball and good diet. you should remember that there is some thing as hereditary there are some cases which defy all common sense when parents/ uncles/ aunts are short you may be tall.

hi, don't worry , you do excercise it's good do skiping and yogasanas for height, do drink lots of water, pull ups and go for jogging every morning but do not lift weight in gym, your height will increase upto the age of 24. so don't worry you have lot's time but do these excercise regularly. best of luck.
