I sweat alot on my palms and hands?

I am not hot or cold and I get a cold sweat on my palms like crazy...How do i stop it..

I would look into the possibility that you have Mitral Valve Prolapse Dysautonomia. Check http://www.mvprolapse.com/ It's an autonomic nervous system imbalance that causes too much adrenaline in the body and all sorts of stuff. I have it & I have REALLY sweaty hands & feet. I've learned to live with sweaty palms & feet, although I did use a prescrition called Dry-Sol which solved the problem very well. However, just don't overuse it (follow the directions) b/c it can make you STINK if you used too much on your underarms once the sweating starts back again. Otherwise, just live with it & never be embarrased when you shake anyone's hands or anything. Nothing to be ashamed of.

some people have that type of problem, i actually sometimes does too, even my feet! i think there's this powder thing u can buy at a local drug store to help reduce the sweat

antiperspirant use the cheap dollar store stuff so it is a very light coat also salt mixed with a little corn starch especially before a business meeting

various factors...could be race, food you eat, etc.
