Unfortunately there is no diet or exercise JUST for our face. With diet and exercise you will lose weight all around!
Unfortunately for me, when i lose weight i hate losing the fat from my face. I like my full cheeks and the minute I'm on a diet to lose weight on my stomach or thighs my face is the first thing that gets thin!!. So, start eating a sensible diet, low on calories and carbohydrates and go to the gym at least 3 times a week-
If you're not a gym person then just replace one of your meals with a nice salad! and cut all the bread and pasta from your diet. That works for me. Good luck!
