the feeling of having a six pack and females all over you looking at it and wanting to feel it and walking around with wifebeaters or no shirt on hot days and being confident is way better than the feeling of eating a snickers or fried foods.When I run on the treadmill i keep a picture of an extremely heavy person right next to me,if I feel like stopping I just glance at that picture and it keeps me going.having someone to workout with is great motivation too because they are relying on you to workout with them,so you have to follow through.Working out with your girl can be cool to because she'll be in awe of your strength,it is good time together also,most girls love working out.If you go to the gym there are tons and tons of females to look at and meet.
I'm vegan also so that helps me stick to a healthy diet,but it doesn't even feel like I'm on a diet because I'm eating the foods I would be eating anyways.Hope that helps.
