I think i have been bit by a brown recluse? advise please???

Ok, im a male and this may sound sick, but i think i have been bit by a brown recluse...ON MY TESTICLES!!!. I noticed this 2 days ago and it has only got worse. I did go to the hospital 2 nights ago and the doctor didn't believe it was a spider bite because it hadn't swollen up. He didn't even suggest and antibiotics? I HAVE been bit by a brown recluse on my back and they had to have it lanced, but the doctor said if it WAS a spider bite and it got worse, they would not lance it because of the area it is at. I don't know what i should do. Should i go back to the hospital? I can't sleep because of the pain and i have had a fever and upset stomach with this...I would appreciate any advise.This is a NIGHTMARE. thanks.

If you have been bitten by a brown recluse, go back to the doctor and knock his teeth down his throat, because if it is a recluse bite, you may have to be castrated, or you may even die! First get an immediate second opinion. The longer you wait the more flesh will die. I've known people to lose half of their legs because of a brown recluse bite. Quit messin around and get it attended to IMMEDIATELY!
