if apligraf is so useful in wound healing etc, doesn't that say the foreskin would be useful for the baby?

Question:
-AND THEREFORE THE FORESKIN SHOULDN'T BE REMOVED??

eg "The latest wonder in medical technology, Organogenesis's Apligraf is the first and only human skin construct with FDA approval. Currently, it is approved for treating hard-healing wounds like persistent leg ulcers, but Organogenesis and competitors Advanced Tissue Sciences, BioSurface Technologies, Genzyme, and Ortec International utilize foreskins to research the treatment of burns, bed sores, and other skin injuries. Cosmetic researchers want to switch to skin constructs for some of their testing -- no more spraying shaved rabbits in the eyes with cologne. Still, closing wounds is what skin constructs do best."

-and what looks like a good site for men who wish they hadn't been mutilated as a child, and who feel angry about it.

Answers:
not necessarily. its a matter of choice for the parents to have their kids circumcised by virtue of their religious, health, and other beliefs. on the other hand, how about the right of the infants to be protected from undue pain from circumcission? perhaps, let the kids decide when they get older whether they want to be circumsized or not. cheers!

Other Answers:
I know you only want agreement, but the fact is that it's better to remove it when the male is an infant, ask any man who's had to have it done as an adult, they'll all tell you it's not worth the risk to leave it uncircumcised. sure, some get lucky, but I love my kids, and would never put them through that, bettr do it when they're born!
