i work 10 hours everyday 6 days a week yet i cant sleep at night?

It sounds like you have insomnia which usually is a symptom of some underlying mental disorder. You should see a doctor is this problem persists. Until then try taking a hot bath or shower before you to bed. Drink sleepy time tea and just make your bedtime ritual very slow and relaxing. I've been, still there I suppose. The only things that help me (you can get this a Walgreen's) is calm fortes, and melation. Use to try alchol but that didn't work for long.
Sometimes you get to a point where you are so overtired you can't sleep. Your body is in high gear for so long that you can't kick off the switch. I've been there done that. I work three 14 hour days, and on those nights I can't sleep, especially when I know I gotta be up at 5am again. You might wanna cut down on the hours at work, it's killin ya. I know that feeling.

I take Nyquil for sleep. The only thing that works for me.
i also have trouble sleeping & i know it sounds a bit silly but you need to relax your mind as well as your body before trying to go to bed. what helps mellow me out a little is a warm bath using lavender & camomille baby bath ( $1.00 @ walmart) and lighting candles so that you don't have all the harsh lighting and listening to my favorite music at a softer level than normal. then a couple of tylanol pm's and most nights i get at least 6 hrs. if you still can't sleep you should call a doctor
find out the cause first. working too hard and getting exhausted or very tired makes it difficult for a person to fall asleep. good luck
