Hello, i'm 14, 5'11 tell me what I need to do inorder to.?

Grow to my maxium height, ( I'm a guy) please no fooling around or saying your already tall already, I have my very good reasons on why I want to be taller. Please tell me what should I eat what I should stay away from, how much exercise I should have and the ammout of hours I should get of sleep. Please and thank you

Tyson.you are far from finished growing.you still have about five years to grow before you get to your maximum height. Just get plenty of sleep, like 8-10 hours a night, eat healthy with lots of protein, gym class should give you the exercise you need and needless to say..stay away from drugs.those things will scramble your brain, stunt your growth and rot your teeth. Young man, you are going to be something else! God be with you
Theres nothing you can do to make yourself grow any taller than youll naturally grow. time is the only thing

eat lots of fruits and veggies, especially carrots. drink lots of water.. and basketball is the best way to grow taller.

Unless you obtain surgical enhancements your height is genetically predisposed. In other words, there is NOTHING you can do to control your height. There is certainly a lot you can do to control your girth. But, nothing to control your height.
first off, at an age like yours, to grow taller you must eat a lot of meat and keep ur meals at a regular proportion, how much you usualy eat, and never over eat. Instead of drinking a lot of sweeet drinks such as soda and other unhealthy beverages, drink milk and soymilk. Sleep is very impotant, you must get at least 9 hours of sleep. u shouldnt lift much weights, it stuns ur growth with muscle formation
well baby that will happen naturally when you reach at least 21years of age. you can stretch you body by doing pull ups and hanging by your arms.
eat lots and lots of vegebles like carrots, tomatoes.etc and fruits too of course. Drink 3 cups of milk per day (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) and 3 cups of water per day. Excercise should be more than 30 min. but less than 2 hours. For teenagers you suppose to get 8 hours of sleep.
Milk is really bad for you. It contains estrogen which is good if you're a girl. You might want to get your calcium elsewhere.
None of those things will help you grow. It's genetic. Odds are you will grow more, but how much? It's also possible you have all your height. It's equally possible you could get a growth spurt after you are twenty or twent-one years old.
