heroin and sex??

Question:
my husband recently (4 weeks ago) stopped using heroin he's fine now, but he's not interested in sex at all. he says he doesn't even think about it. is that normal for former heroin users? will his sex drive come back to normal?

Answers:
I'm not too familiar with heroin specifically, but it's probably not a good idea to say that he's "fine now." Recovery takes some time. The psychological and/or psychiactric damage that an addiction can cause takes a lot more than four weeks to heal. Lack of interest in sex is just one example. Give him some more time, and encourage him to seek professional guidance, if he isn't doing so already.

Other Answers:
probably won't~try allegra

Its just a mental lag. He might just be thinking subconsciously that he cant have effective sex without heroin. I think you should not force him at this time. Convince him with all the methods (u know what I mean) and if he doesnt bend you could try therapy Who the hell cares? Since he is a heroin user, you should get as far away from him as possible.

Well Im not sure about your answer but i know that allegra wont do anything for sex drive. but if his allergies are bad then allegra is the best bet. I think she was goin for viagra. Ive heard good things about enzyte for natural enhancement. tell him congradulations for me! and good luck.
