yeah that is pretty small. but at least it isnt at a size where it'll hurt you. if you want it bigger i think there are some treatments for it. but just remember most complaints about size are that it is too big.

unless he is 5 years old its not normal. From what i have heard, 5-7 inches is normal. I think he should see a doctor about that or somthing. I am 14 and have a 7.8 long pienis and I am considered normal so i would definatly say that he has a hormone deficiantcy program. Of course if he is 13-17 he might still have not reached puberty but i am not sure his age so i cant tell u 4 sure.

Theres alot of diffrent types so theres really no norm, but erect Id say he should be around 6-7 inches..and 5-6 inches is sadly the average.
The thin part there isnt much to help there, as long as he feels good then dont worry

That is really small and isnt normal , depending on age . But if you are happy about it , who cares . but dont get cheated in your sex life by him telling you it is normal . 6 inches is normal for any guy below that is not normal.I'm 71/2 but I have the width so I'm around above normal you could say.Hope you have fun with 3.5 inches.
