Chest pains?

Question:
I am a 17 year old kid.

I have been having chest pains for over a year now.
I have been to the Cardiologist because i got a panic attack because i felt another sting on the left side of my chest. i didn't felt internal, more like a muscle, but
they couldn't find anything.
THey checked my out for like 5 hours straight, and couldn't find anything. both my brothers had to visit the E.R. as well because of panic attacks.
So my thoughts would be either hormones or RSI?
Could it be something else, because i get Panic attacks out of it and really want this to stop.

Answers:
Excercise! Sometimes your body will have too much insulin or adrenalin and you need to get rid of this excess energy. The sting in your muscles might be from lack of use. So stretch everyday, spend atleast 30 minutes doing stretching excercises and spend your energy! You will find it easier to relax and relieve your stress levels. Worrying about this problem will only make it persist. Make sure you have a good bed to get good rest. Sleeping also make a tremendous difference.

Other Answers:
maybe try taking some advil or any type of asprin you take.. i had it once and it eased the pain for 12 hours. My doctor recomeneded it to me
