Foods that make you sh**?


Question:
I need some foods that make you crap please. I've cut way back on my food intake, especially carbs, and am feeling a little "stopped up." I'm eating enough to sustain myself, but not enough to have a nice, good dukie in the morning. I'm living in Japan so laxatives and fiber powders are not an option, which I don't really appreciate anyways. Thanks healthy pooping people.

If you really need to take a smash then drink a quart of prune juice. I wouldn't bother eating prunes - would take to long.

How do I know?

I went out for a long walk one time in the hot sun - I was very thirsty, and mom had nothing to drink in th fridge except an ice cold quart of prune juice. Guess what? I downed the whole thing. Wasn't bad..Then about 30 minutes later I had to run to the bathromm and piss out of my ***.

But I did feel much lighter. This will definately work for anyone.

Prunes, raisins, figs, dried fruits, apple juice..COFFEE!! Also, try adding a little bit more fat to your diet. Oatmeal is supposed to help maintain regularity as well.

Fiber like greens, in salad's, and wheat..oatmeal.fruit is good and lots of water too.mixed with good proteins.chicken, fish, tuna.not too much red meat, and exercises plays a good part too for your body.good luck. Prunes (dried plums) will make you go, but be careful on how many you eat! Too many ( like 5 or more) and you'll be wisshing you were stopped up again.
Rice and wheat breads are great binders, and apples are full of fiber.

Coffee also is a laxative for some.

If you can purchase them, try prunes or prune juice. Apple juice and Taco Bell foods are good for makin ya go too! Avoid cheese and bananas as they will make you even more constipated.

LOL.my sympathies. FIBER.try raisins, grape juice, mangos, dates, whole grain cereal, any fresh fruit or veggies.and if you're not eating a lot you won't go as often (ever think of that?). Plus avoid meat and dairy.they are harder to digest. I cannot believe I'm answering this question.. eat muesli with plenty of dried fruit every day.
Eat lots of fruit and vegetables
avoid lots of meat, and saturated fats.
Dont take opiates ( codeine)
smoking cannabis gives you a good $hit too. take 3 to 4 glasses fresh orange juice
together with some vitamine C or multi-vitamine
please, stay indoors then . the toilet will be your best friend milk and pickle juice.
You will think you're melting. lol
