As long as the other guy is your doctor, you have nothing to worry about. If it is not your doctor, then I would worry about another guy even wanting to feel your balls, unless of course you are gay.

if you feel that something is wrong with that area of your body my first response would be seek medical advice immediatley, if you think you want someone close to you to look first and give a opinion then ask your partner however if you feel you dont want to worry your partner with this then i see no reason why your best mate would object to having a look as i am sure you would do the same for them
