yes that's suppose to happen. What you should of done though after your workout was drink a lot of water it helps prevent that soreness that you feel. Just wait for the soreness to go then start lifting again

To fix this try lifting smartbells..
Don't over do it, found your limit and take little step it weight. You are better doing a lighter weight to start with more reps say like 15 to 20.

if it is not ur first time then u might have doing exercies with heavy weight . u should me care full u should increase ur weight slowly
You might be lifting too much weight
good? not sure if it's good but it is normal. when you over use a muscle it breaks down some of the muscle tissue (causing the soreness) then your body to rebuilds making you muscle a little bigger and stronger. take some over the counter anti-inflammatory like Motrin before you work out and this should help prevent the soreness.
