I plan on participating in a mff threesome this weekend. Two questions: Who is responsible for directing the action? and how can I make sure that I don't leave anyone out?

There is no director, per se. But you need to know if there will be girl-girl action, because that will dictate how things play out. If there is girl-girl action, then it's relatively simple...as char noted.
