Excercises with free weights?

You can do a lot more than the other poster mentioned.
Standing shoulder presses - both arms or 1 arm alternating.
Shoulder shrugs - shrug weights towards your ears.
Standing front raises - raise arm to horizontal and alternate
Squats - hold weights to side and squat.
Pec flyes - hold weights to side and bring them to your chest as if you're hugging someone.
If you buy an exercise ball - you can stablize your core and perform the classic exercises like bench press, etc.
Curls which is from arm in L position up toward shoulder
This is harder: hold weights from by your sides up so you make a T
From down at your sides up to an L position.
