Is ok if you can retract your foreskin nicely when smalll but not when its hard?

is it ok if u can do it when small but when big its a little hard and cant take it all the way but can about 30%?

well, its best to retract the foreskin when the penis is slightly erected or when not erected. it will be easier and will less likely to be painful or tough to retract. when the penis is erected , it is still alright to retract the foreskin but it will be a little tougher. need to add slightly more pressure to pull back if not it does look like 30%.
