Answers:
your perfectlly normal just do 40-50 crunches a day and it will go away

Other Answers:
Why do people always ask others to judge them? Are you healthy? If you can walk 10 miles without tiring,it shoudn't take long for you to walk off that belly. (smile) Good luck.
You should weigh about 180-190 and you would be perfect......so here is a good plan.....since you already have strong legs then you should run for an hour each day and do some crunches(regular and some to the side for love handles),as many as you can possibly do......and eat healthy and not too much and you could lose about 40 pounds in 4-5 months(it's a long time but you will be happy if you stick with it!) I hope for the best for you.........lose the weight!!!
People are obsessed with weight but that is not what matters, what matters is if you are over fat. For a 6'2" 40 year old male you should be around 214 lbs accourding to the US Army's height weight standards. However that is just a guide line and is always on the low side. The true standard they would hold you to would be 26% body fat. So if you are muscular then your healthy weight could easily be 225 lbs or even more. Especially since muscle weighs more than fat.
To Ms. Readalot (Answerer #2):

If you really read a lot, maybe you should know that all of us (to a greater or lower degree) have a distorted body image. Some of us see ourselves as fatter than we are (most definitely bulimics and anorexics), but most of us do tend to see ourselves as THINNER than we truly are, and it is because of this reason that at times it is good to get a second opinion.

You shouldn't discourage anyone from asking your opinion.
