1 Inverted push ups. Feet and legs higher than body. Also change distance or hands on floor. Closer to chest, then wider apart.
2 Chair push ups. A chair or stool on either side of you, feet on the ground. Use that to support your wieght.
Push ups. It's an exercise that all you need is floor space. My personal recommendation is to do a pyramid. Place your hands on the floor at shoulder width or so apart. Do a set of 5 pushups then rest on your knees for 5 seconds, but don't lift your hands. Set of 10, rest for 10 seconds on your knees. Set of 15, rest for 15 seconds. Set of 20, rest for 20 seconds. Set of 20, rest for 20 seconds. Set of 15, rest for 15 seconds. Set of 10, rest for 10 seconds. Set of 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 with a rest between each set. Ensure your hands stay on the floor throughout the exercise even during rest periods. This is a great exercise to strengthen your chest, shoulders, and triceps.
