Question:
So i could do 10 reps of 135 for benching, I dont workout during summer and i cant do it anymore? Can anyone tell me if it'll come back as i continuously workout?

Answers:
Yes, it will and you'll probably be able to exceed your max from before it you work out regularly.

I myself once benched a max of 210lbs before a car accident that broke two ribs. I'm starting to reaquire my old strength faster than I expected and asked the same question of some old friends at the gym. I was introduced to more than one person who had quit lifting and lost their strength.
Every last one of them not only got it back but got better after they started again.

Remember though that ideal conditions require an intermittent day or two of rest to allow muscle tissue to regenerate and grow.
You don't want to work out seven days in a row, you not only run the risk of tissue and nerve damage but your body will expend so much energy just trying to keep up that you won't gain size or strength the way you want to.
yeah
