There are a few things you could try. Don't think about food. Many people eat too much because they are always thinking about food or there is just food available near by. Keep yourself busy so you don't think about food. Exercise once a day. Maybe take a walk somewhere. Not only will it keep you busy but you will also burn calories. When you go outside look at people. You will notice some very overweight people. That should definitely stop you from overeating. Don't eat because of stress or because you are bored. You have to find out when you are hungry and when you are full. If you drink more water throughout the day, that will make you feel a little fuller. It also helps to eat healthy.
Diet pills are very unhealthy and I would not recommend them. I have noticed that caffeine pills curb hunger but those are not good to take all the time. Good luck!
