Yes it is called HERPES or could be another STD. He got it from sex. Either his GF cheated or he or her had it before the relationship started and it is just appearing now. Must see a doctor and not have sex at all (even oral) when warts are present. And always use condom oral or intercourse even when he doesnt have a wart.
