Non-smokers have absolutely no clue on how severly addictive cigarettes are. Every smoker wishes they could quit now. It is hard and difficult.
The addiction is so bad, that even hardcore drugs are easier to quit. For some reason, the government cashes in on the tax money and really don't do anything else to help you quit (except for a few clinics). The Smoker's Vaccine is here (you actually quit instantly!), but the government won't allow it in the USA yet .

Why do you think Men smoke a lot? most Women I know smoke. I started when I joined the Navy,,, years ago, when smoking got you a break every hour. I light about a pack a day and get to smoke about half of those. I still think it is too much. I have a dependency on Cigarettes now, and without them I get anxiety, and angry. I feel like everyone is picking on me and I get defensive. I smoke the Brand I smoke because it does not cloud my voice as much as other brands, and I am a singer. Smoking is not cool, it is not grown up,,, and it is not pleasurable!!! It is stupid, expensive and nasty. END OF STORY!!!
People who are young and immature think its cool. You don't have to smoke to be cool. Being cool is about self confidence, and self confidence comes from within. The challenge is to resist peer pressure, and if you can overcome it, your cool already!
