eat more callories, say not to saturated and polysaturated fats mono saturated fats eat bad colestorl and rise good coletorol, that will keep your heart healthy, go to a health food store and get daily suplmement stuff so you can stay healthy as far as vitamens and eat more far less often.refraning from solid foods for a week (only juices and watter) and then SLOWLY going back to solid food (more food less often) through the day will slow your metabolisom (the reverse will quicken it.) and vola, the unused enerjy will be stored as fat. STAY IN CONTACT WITH A DOCTOR! a good one. who will tell you if your doing anything really bad for your body. you dont want your body to run in a toxic state.

I don't think you want to become fat. What you probably want is to increase your lean muscle mass. The only way to achieve this is some form of resistance training. Sign up for a gym for weight-training. Get the personal trainer to draft up a routine for you to follow. This will tone up your body and you'll look better.
But exercise is only part of the equation. Diet is equally as important. When you eat more than your body can utilise, you will gain weight. But like I said previously, what you wanted to gain is lean muscle mass. So eat healthy and stay away from deep fried food as they are laden with fat and cholesterol. Avoid red meat like beef and opt for white meat like fish and chicken. Whenever possible, remove the skin to cut down on animal fat.
