Question:
is coffee good for our health??
i feel restless when i dont take coffee??
hw much should we make a daily intake level??

Answers:
One cup per day is OK. Too much is not good for your body. I like coffee too. I feel like coffee makes my thinking process sharper and faster.
one cup a day is all you should have
If i were you i would switch to a good old cup of English Tea. It is proven that coffee increases your risk of having a heart attack where as tea actually decreases that chance. There is no certain amount of coffee you should drink. All coffee is bad whether you do it in moderation or not!

Switch to Tea! xxx
Read an article about kidney stones. yahoo kidney stones. In those articles, coffee was a contributing factor to help create kidney stones, but won't neccasarily create it on its own. I was drinking about a pot of coffee a day until I was recently having problems, maybe with my kidneys. I am 28, guess the best to drink is a cup a day. You may be dependent on coffee, as I was getting headaches since I cut back on my intake of coffee.
