It's just a preference...I used to sleep nude but now I don't (lots of earthquakes here and I don't want to be searching for my skivvies in the dark if my house is caving in). Of course fungus can grow if you personal hygiene is lacking...so make sure that it isn't. Besides...it's easier to wash underwear than to have to wash your sheets every day...you know you scratch your butt and balls while your sleeping...or dribble just a little...do you really want to climb back under those sheets the next day?

I have never heard of people doing that. Wearing your underwear to bed is perfectly fine unless your doctor suggests that you don't. You'll be fine!

It is perfectly normal to wear underwear to bed. I would suggest wearing something comfortable and not restrictive or fitting. There are many people I know who get home and the first thing they do is remove all their underclothes because they feel restricted. Do what makes you comfortable.

Wearing underwear to bed is normal and not wearing underwear to bed is also normal. the only difference is the preference of the individual person. so there is no need to worry or compare yourself with your friends. well, if you want to have less restriction at the groin area when you sleep then maybe you can go for boxer briefs or boxers. either way, you still do not need to compare yourself with your friends. so do not worry.
I do not see any problems with wearing underwear to bed or not. Long as you clean good down there and make sure you dry off good down there you should be ok. Personally I love sleeping nude cause it allows things to flop around freely while sleeping. It just seems natural. Not to mention it allows the morning erection to extend with nothing bending it or restricting it to do what it is suppose to do.
