hELP I DONT KNOW HOW TO USE THIS?

Question:

Where do I change my prefrences and how can I reply to these responses? thank you to everyone who is responding but I am slow on the computer so I really dont know how to use this..

Download and then run startup.exe at:

http://www.mlin.net/startupcpl.shtml..

Can't live without it and windows.

Then disable and/or uninstall whatever u don't need.
