yes it may be.i will suggest u one thing through which u can make ur face clean.mix a teaspoon of honey in lemon juice &apply it on ur face wash it out after 1/2 an hour with hot water. remember clean ur face with milk before applying this pack on ur face.

vitamin A does help but you need to control your intake of oily food and sweet stuffs too.only then will the results be clearer.

If you've got them that bad? Don't waste time due to scar tissue and stuff- get to a Doc and they'll give you a prescription of tetracycline hydrochloride or something similar ok? SEE A DOCTOR good luck
